The Daily Refrain started off as a way to share my original meal planner design with other people with busy lives. I found that when I had my day and routine set and organized that it brought peace and harmony. As a busy wife and mom of 3 who has run her own graphic design business for 13 years, I wanted to branch out and use my problem solving skills, creativity, and simple design solutions to add purpose and style to the daily life though meal planners for busy lives and clean, modern designs for shirts to add fun in the daily grind of living a full life.

All designs for the shop are created in my home office using graphic design programs by Adobe. They are all created by me and are not done with AI or Canva. This creates unique and innovative designs and personalized solutions for the everyday shirt and meal planners.

If you have any ideas or problems that need to be solved, I would love to help! My experience is in production work, which includes magazine layout, brochures, ads, marketing content, event collateral, and I work for many associations and non-profits.
